Growth In Hotel Development

The growth plan is to adopt a steady development pace while maintaining high standards of quality by our existing hotels. We have been developing hotels for over 25 years and have evolved in our Franchise affiliations as our company has developed and progressed. Our initial franchise partnership was with Choice hotels in the early 1980’s. We have enjoyed a strong partnership with Choice and currently own and operate 6 Choice hotels and have 2 additional Comfort Suites in the development pipeline.

We have also developed a strong relationship with Hilton Hotels. We have developed and continue to own and operate 3 Hampton Inns. This relationship continues to be strong, as we are building our fourth Hampton Inn to be located in Flowood, MS.

Our partnership with Marriott Hotels also continues to grow. Currently we own and operate the Fairfield Inn and Suites of Pearl, MS. This relationship has been very successful, and has resulted in the approval and development and construction of our first Courtyard by Marriott in Vicksburg Ms.

We enjoy a very healthy relationship with Intercontinental Hotels. Currently we own and operate one Holiday Inn Express and just opened of our first Holiday Inn Full Service in Southaven MS.

As our evolution record shows, we have carefully structured our growth as both owners and operators of first class hotels in all the markets we represent. We have enjoyed, and continue to enjoy long and healthy partnerships with all of our Franchisor partners. We have been strategically developing our management skills and company to be ahead of our physical developments. The end result being that we are structurally, financially, and physically strong and can be among the leaders of our industry.

Our development efforts are focused on partnerships with the brand leaders that offer strong support, that have the best loyalty programs, that are the most innovative in product and technology and will give us the most gratification as owners and operators.
