SHS Corporate offices approves property level budgets, promotes standard operating procedures and conducts regular revenue audits and property reviews. SHS also monitors portfolio occupancy statistics, weekly revenue conference calls, income and expense forecasting, payroll analysis and weekly GM-DOS sales meetings. SHS reviews end of month revenue comparatives, market share position, guest satisfaction results, profit and loss variances, manager action plans, turnover rates and A/R Aging balances. Assistance is provided to hotels that need assistance in reaching their goals and objectives.Carefully prepared business plans provide each of our properties a smart path towards best results. SHS utilizes strong operating standards, proven sales and marketing initiatives, and efficient tools to reach our goal. Specific action plans for each of the key core values will enable us to drive revenue, improve profit margins, gain market share, and increase ownership value.
Affiliations In The industry. We are actively involved in each Chamber of Commerce, Hotel Association and numerous Civic organizations in every community we have hotels. We are active in AAHOA (Asian American Hotel Owners Assoc.), and many of our companies’ representatives sit on a variety of Franchise Advisory Boards and Councils.
